All sales are final, with the following exceptions.

**Money Back Guarantee**
If you change your mind about a purchase and the item is not defective, and you have not used it, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to email or call us. We will only accept returns for items that are in the original, unopened packaging and re-saleable condition, with all packaging, accessories, and labels. Money Back Guarantee does not apply to “Limited Return Policy” items.

**Limited Return Policy Items**
Some items have a Limited Return Policy. These items include, but are not limited to, special or custom order items, items shipped by freight, products with restrictions due to health, sanitation and safety guidelines, as well as items that are worn, inserted or used for health purposes. As a convenience, those items are marked as “Limited Return Items” on the product page of those items. Items marked with “Limited Return Policy” must contact us within 15 days from the date of purchase.

**Undeliverable, Unauthorized or Refused Returns**
SeeHerWork will not accept merchandise that is not in 100% complete condition in the original, unopened packaging. The quickest way for us to handle a return is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure, we can credit your account in a few days. If you refuse shipment, the product might not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks, and we cannot process your return until we receive and inspect the product.

**Return Instructions**
1) Please call (281) 623-1448 or email CustomerService@SeeHerWork.com before shipping your product.
2) Do not return your product without a Return Authorization.
3) The Return Authorization is valid for 10 business days after issuance.
4) We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
5) Once the return is processed, a credit to your account may take 5 to 10 business days.
